This cap is an exercise in restraint, designed to elevate a traditionally casual essential through material choice, proportion, and discipline.
Crafted from finely woven corduroy with an intentionally soft yet structured hand, the fabric offers depth, texture, and durability without excess. The wale spacing was selected for balance: subtle enough to feel timeless, substantial enough to be felt. It breaks in naturally, improving with wear rather than collapsing into it.
The silhouette is clean and deliberate. Neither overly athletic nor nostalgic. Panel tension, crown height, and bill curvature were refined through multiple rounds to achieve a profile that sits comfortably and looks composed from every angle. Finished with understated Ala D’Oro script embroidery, applied with controlled stitch density to preserve both the fabric and the form.
